The appartement is sunny and ideally situated in the handsome area of Petite-Patrie, 10 minutes walk from the market Jean-Talon and all services (grocery store, underground orange and blue line). The area has also a lot of restaurants, little cafes and bars and a cycle path and BIXI station round the corner. Note that it is on the 3rd floor so you have one flight of stairs outside and one inside. Also, there is no private parking available but you generally can park easily on our street.

Small but beautiful, located in the heart of Cote de Neiges near the mountain (Mount Royal) It is a 10 min walk to Cote des Neiges village with plenty of great shops also a 10 minute walk for Cote des Neiges metro on the blue line and a 7 minute bus ride to Guy metro green line . Bus stop 1 min away. Located on a beautiful street , many trees and a very safe area Private parking on our driveway should there be spots available . À 7 min de voiture du métro Longueuil (10 min en autobus), 10 minutes du parc Jean-Drapeau et 15 minutes de Montréal. Possibilité de déjeuner.

New semi- basement and cleaned apartment. Located in Laval very close to montreal. Near Buses 3 mins , Subway 6 mins ( cartier) by walking , and all services. It is a quiet place.The first floor is occupied by the owner with a seperate entrance. Free parking on premise. Not suitable for children under 2 years.
