Boulder Ridge Cabin, close to Deep Creek, Maryland

Boulder Ridge Cabin is surrounded by woods, but within 15 minutes of Deep Creek Lake, swimming, boating, hiking, shopping, restaurants, Wisp Resort with skiing, snowboarding, mountain coaster, whitewater rafting at Adventure Sports Center International, rock climbing, hiking. Swallow Falls State Park and Herrington Manor State Park are about 15 minutes drive. Piney Mountain State Forest is within walking distance. Mountain biking and fishing are also close by.

Sugarland Farmhouse

Sugarland Farm is located at 210 Sugarland Way. It was built as a large family home in 2011. It is a 5700 square foot French country home on 12.5 acres that is only 12 minutes to the interstate and approximately 15 minutes to the WVU Health Sciences Center campus and Football Stadium. The farm has goats and chickens to watch as you enjoy the countryside. The farm is at the end of 1/2 mile of gravel road and beyond the farm is hundreds of acres of mountainside.

There are lot’s of windows to view the picturesque valley. With vintage decor and a gas fireplace which makes for romantic setting. Spacious house with deck overlooking the farm. Located near Cooper's Rock state park, boating or skiing at Deep Creek Lake, kayaking on the Sandy River and Ohio Plyle for rafting, biking and hiking. 30 minutes from the WVU football stadium (excluding football traffic delays). Approximately 25 minutes from Cheat Lake. No pets or smoking allowed. There is no air conditioning or grill.
