Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Also perfect for a group of active people, as many sports can be practiced around the area. We are eco-friendly as we have solar panels. In 20 minutes there is a beach. The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after .

Offering everything you need for an unforgettable holiday, the beautiful 200 m2 house stretches over 2 floors and consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer and satellite TV.
