Beautifully updated home that features a backyard Oasis! The inground pool is heated and only open May-September and max temperature to heat to is 77. The location is minutes away from Sozo sports complex, local restaurants, and much more. This is a well established safe neighborhood. Perfect for families or getaways to enjoy the local wineries, breweries, or skiing. Enjoy game room with poker table, nerf, board games and basketball arcade. No events, 9 guests max at the house at anytime.

If you are a concert goer at the Gorge, or/and you enjoy boating, swimming, golfing, tennis and pickle-ball this place is perfect for vacationing. In the winter, you're a short 45-minute drive from skiing at Mission Ridge. Stop on your way back at the wineries on the hill for a tasting, then eat at the local restaurants before turning in.
