Shell House Estate Pool House

Shell House a 170 year old private estate that sits on three acres with 500 year old registered live oak trees. Located on the Gulf of Mexico there is a private beach just out your front door.. The property is walking distance to restaurants, fishing and sailing. We are also a short distance from 12 Casinos. The estate has a Pool House that sleeps 6 two in one room and four in the other room. A Bungalow that sleeps 4 two in one room and two in the other room. See Photos.

Sit back and enjoy the salty air and the sound of the waves - just steps from the sand! This layout is perfect for 2+ families - with a HUGE kitchen and living area plus covered patio. The house is right next to a beach access which makes it easy to get to and from the beach. The large outside shower is wonderful for rinsing off the sand. Perfect beach getaway!

A Jewel Of A Place!

We are located on the beach, sunset views! The condo sleeps 6 people. King bed in primary bedroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and both have bathrooms. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and ample dishes. There is a large dining table with four chairs and the kitchen has 3 bar stools for more seating.
