Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac and up driveway for privacy. Large bedroom with SK bed and separate open plan lounge/kitchen, bathroom(shower only) and laundry. Fenced outdoor area with own patio. Parking on property for one vehicle plus street parking. Note* there is another unit on property so the driveway is shared.

Charming cottage with rural views near Tauranga NZ

In the heart of Tauranga's peaceful countryside lies this classic lockwood one bedroom cottage. Kereru cottage is located adjacent but completely separate to our family home on a 1.75ha property. Ask to feed the sheep and the chickens with us or take a tour of our organic vege garden and home fruit orchard. We’re pleased to now be providing locally sourced milk and our own organic eggs. They both pair beautifully with bread , muesli and a hot coffee from our coffee machine for your breakfast.

You have the entire downstairs area, which includes large bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed & TV (Netflix), fabulous bathroom with free standing bath & newly renovated kitchenette/laundry. The place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers & business travellers. Space also benefits from a lovely north facing garden & deck area with BBQ all perfect for alfresco dinning.

You will be comfortable in this fully furnished 3 bedroom home. Sleeps 6 in beds plus 3 foam mattresses. 5-8 min drive to Tauranga CBD or Bethlehem, 10 min to hospital, 15 min to Mount Maunganui beach. Comfortable older home with large bath, spacious lounge, kitchen, laundry, decks and table tennis room. Backyard for soccer, volleyball and a basketball hoop! You will have the main house to yourselves. Extra highchair, toys available on request. No smoking or vaping. Owners live upstairs.

We warmly welcome pets and provide ample space to ensure their safety.

Peaceful cottage by the water in Te Puna, Tauranga

Situated on a point, the views are breathtaking from our cottage. Located just a few steps away from Tauranga's harbour and with a boat ramp 10 metres from the front gate you can easily enjoy boating, jet skiing, kayaking and swimming with friends or family. Or put your feet up and relax on the all weather enclosed deck and watch the world go by. In the cooler months you can enjoy local walks and cafes then snuggle up by the cozy log burner.

The Woolshed

Welcome to our rustic 'Woolshed', which was once upon a time exactly that. In 2017 Ricky & Micaela renovated the woolshed into the countryside retreat it is now, located in the Papamoa Hills with beautiful views, nestled in nature on a lifestyle block.
