A perfect base camp for an extended PNW exploration, or a weekend getaway!

Richmond Garden House

Enjoy a bottle of local wine on the house when check-in to the incredible Richmond Garden House. You'll get the entire house's finished space, large backyard w/ deck, grill & fire pit in this extremely clean, private space. Close to PDX’s most famous eateries in an awesome walkable neighborhood with easy parking, plenty of stores, conveniences & urban shopping. The home is full of comforts: premium bedding, stocked kitchen, high speed internet, gas fireplace, and great entertainment options.

Eclectic cottage & sauna bath house/SE Portland

This cottage is a rustic bohemian experience. There is a queen bed and a sleeping loft which is good for kids accessed via a built in ladder (one bed and one ikea double mat (great for kids) in total). Cottage has a kitchenette in the main room where the bed is. There is an OUTDOOR shower/bath and sauna which is incredible in the fall and winter! Inside the cottage there is small bathroom which is in fact down right tiny (not for big folks) wood stove/ oil heater/ac. no smoking allowed.

Really quiet, private, 1 story, fully renovated modern apartment with secluded outdoor seating area, large soaking tub for 2, and separate shower. The apartment is a short walk to public transit to airport and downtown MAX line. GREAT FOR: Couples or individuals looking for a quite relaxing stay. Unusually quiet and private for Portland. No neighbor's windows looking into apartment, or outdoor patio space. NOT FOR LOUD PEOPLE/ GROUPS: Only mature, respectful guests to stay in my home.

Modern urban guest house + sauna

Our guest house is a completely private space, accessible by an outdoor walkway, and has an outdoor patio. We designed the space to be light-filled, feel cozy yet roomy, fitting a lot into a small space. Vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, full kitchen, bathroom, a bed alcove with a comfy queen mattress and soft bedding and lots of extra touches. Our 335 sq ft guest house is fitted with all you'll need for your time in Portland.

I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 25 years.
