The established kitchen, large dining table and open floor plan with flexible seating allows you to enjoy visiting. Two blocks from the Sandy River in quiet Timberline Rim neighborhood, the old growth yard allows you feel like you've escaped to a tranquil retreat! Pull up the covers with our high thread-count sheets and plush duvets! Spacious queen bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet. Queen bedroom with access to patio and wooded backyard, (owner's favorite!) Bunkroom with comfortable oversized full bed on bottom, twin on top. Well supplied kitchen. Outdoor grill. 20 minute drive to skiing. Restaurants and groceries are just a short drive away. Washer and dryer This home is along the school bus route. Roads are usually plowed and well maintained. Bring towels for the hot tub Dogs considered. Due to allergies, no cats, please.

The Sandy River Ski House is located in a quiet older neighborhood in Welches, at the base of Mt. Hood. The property is located on the Sandy River, stroll along the banks, easily walk 200' to the waters edge. The neighborhood is set amongst tall fir trees and a wonderful mix of quiet older homes, A relaxing hot tub is just outside the master bedroom, on 1 of our spacious decks. Holidays require 3or4 night min stay. This is a NON-SMOKING house. We welcome your pets, $40 fee for each pet.

Less than an hour from Portland, this quiet cabin in the woods is the perfect place to come home to after a day of skiing, hiking, golfing or whatever fun activity you found on Mt. Hood! It sits on 1.5 acres that backs up to the forest. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games to keep you occupied while at the cabin as well. The fire pit is great for roasting marshmallows and the hot tub provides relaxation after a fun day on the mountain.
