Come relax in our cozy 1978 Lake House! Conveniently located between Muncie and Hartford City, 16 min. from Taylor University, 24 min. from Ball State, and 10 seconds from the dock! The Main Stay: Unit 2

The Main Stay is your home away from home. Located between Downtown Muncie and Ball State/ IU Ball Memorial hospital, The Main Stay has been completely remodeled top to bottom in the last 5 years and just completed an interior refresh June of 2025 which includes new beds and a mural from a local artist! The property consists of 2 units and you have the entire upstairs unit 2 to yourself. Unit 2 features a deck, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and full size kitchen. Off street parking is available.

This home is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Unwind in the living room while watching your 65” TV. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The home offers a King, Full, and 2 Twin size beds. All 3 bedrooms are fitted with room darkening curtains. If you need a quick start, grab a shot of espresso on the way out the door.
