This charming guesthouse in Lake Forest is only steps away from beautiful Market Square — the historic retail center of the community. Inside it features loads of light, in-unit washer and dryer, a well-equipped kitchen and a professionally designed stylish and calming interior. Outside, it has a vintage (ie. older) porch/breezeway with classic outdoor games. The house has a Queen bed, a Single bed and a sofa. A tiny home in a peaceful neighborhood. Built on 4 city lots, it has plenty of space and privacy. For families visiting the Naval Academy, we are close enough, yet give you space and privacy. Away from the hustle of North Chicago and Waukegan. Nearby attractions are: Naval Base - 11 miles, 20 minutes Six Flags - 7 miles, 15 minutes Illinois State Beach - 2 miles, 5 minutes Chicago - 46 miles, 60 minutes Milwaukee - 50 miles, 55 minutes

The Indigo Cottage

This is a newly remodeled single-family home! It is small but has everything you need to enjoy time with family and friends during your stay in the Chicagoland area! There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, an updated bathroom, a dining room with seating for 6, a cozy living room with a Crate & Barrel pull-out queen sofa bed, and a nice, updated kitchen! There's a brand-new washing machine and dryer in the basement. There's a nice patio table outside too in the private yard. Welcome!

This unique place has a style all its own. This corner lake house comes with a huge fenced-in yard, as well as a balcony off of the master bedroom and 2 parking spots. We offer 3 kayaks with life jackets, 1 paddle board, paddle boat and fishing poles, fire pit, outdoor and indoor games. We have 3 bedrooms with beds included, as well as a futon couch a trundle bed and a pull-out couch bed (6 potential beds total). This comes with 2 TVs, fireplace, WiFi, bar, new fridge and more.

Hensley’s Cornerstone, Lakefront.

I affectionately refer to this house as “The House That Built Me.” Referencing (of course) the title of country artist Miranda Lamberts hit song, from 2010. The lyrics couldn’t be more accurate. My name is Crystal, and this is The House That Built Me. My father bought this property in 1970. He married my mother and her two children in 1976. I was brought home from the hospital in 1977 & raised here with my siblings, until eventually we all married and left home.
