Welcome to the Rustic Pearl by the Sea, Wilmington, NC. 3 br, 2 ba, smallish pet friendly. Here you will have the entire house/grounds to yourself with a secure privacy fence, enclosing a quarter acre area. Located in a cozy cul-de-sac, in a quiet, family neighborhood. Wooded, half-acre lot, both front and back. Ocean waves may, at times, be heard from the back deck. Tributaries to the intracoastal waterway can be seen from a .1m walk, and a marina is a quick jog or dog walk (1 mile) away.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Here you can immerse yourself in nature, or choose your recreation on the water - Kayak, paddle, fish. The large well appointed galley bathroom is fantastic. Do nothing or do it all; your vacation spot is awaiting.

Cute, comfortable cottage just 5-minute drive to downtown Wilmington, 20-minute drive to the beach. Guests enjoy two private floors- including two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard. Pets are welcome. PLEASE NOTE the $75 pet fee. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop. Host occasionally occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. Free parking onsite. Keypad entrance

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!
