Looking to stay in a quintessential New England homestead? This is a true gem! Spend the night in our restored 1750’s farmhouse guest suite. Full disclosure: Visitors will need to follow house rules to help preserve this piece of American history. Bright, spacious bedroom with comfy bed and large clean private bath. Laundry can be used for longer stays (after 4 or more days) Towels and Linens provided. Beach chairs & towels available upon request. Outdoor space equipped with patio furniture, umbrella, and a grill for the warmer months.

This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

1863 Mystic Victorian, Private Guest Suite & Bath

Experience the charm of historic Mystic from our 1863 Victorian home. A keypad entry leads to your private Queen bedroom & bath. Our goal was to create a boutique hotel-like setting separate from the main house. At the back of the house, the guest suite is accessed via a private entrance. Enter the bedroom and find your private bath off a short hallway. This space is yours. We provide a minifridge and keurig but there is no kitchen and you do not have access to the rest of the house.
