The house is self catered with a full maid/cook service. You will have sole use of the house with no other guests. We also have a guest cottage on the property which sleeps 5 and can be booked separately. The house is 20kms outside of Jinja with views over the Nile, so you can sit by the pool and watch the best rapids in the world.

Welcome to this unique home situated in a quiet and pollution free area on the shores of Lake Victoria, in Port Bell, Luzira, ten kms from the center of Kampala. If you want to rent just separate rooms look at my other listings Room 1, Room 2, Room 3. The house has a beautiful spacious garden donning on the Lake, with a variety of trees, birds and flowers. There is a big pool offering a good exercise swim. Our Ethiopian dog Chilo will guard you diligently.

Rain & well water for your dishes, solar power for light, a rooster for your alarm clock, this lovely spot has a way of making you slow down and appreciate the little things.

Drive for just 10 minutes out of Jinja Town and you will reach at this beautiful Family House, which is part of Kimuli Cottages. This cottage has 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms with hot showers and a self-contained kitchen with fridge. And of course a very big and nice terrace with a view over the River Nile! Free parking is in front of the door. We are available for an airport pickup on request. Just let us know!
