Self contained guest suite in Havelock North.

One bedroom, self contained guest suite in Havelock North, 3 minute drive from the village. The guest house is underneath our home with its own entrance and patio and locked off from the main house. You will have use of your own full kitchen and bathroom. We live (and sometimes work) upstairs, so there is some foot noise but we try to keep this to a minimum when we have guests. Great morning sun and private patio. Please see photos of the stairs to access. We also have a cat that roams outside.

The Granny on Gloucester

This unique space is a self-contained GrannyFlat “a home within our own home”. Boasting a kitchen with all the amenities & a dining space. The Black Barn style petite Noir cottage is a one bedroom, self-contained space beautifully appointed in a gorgeous setting. Sunny, quiet and elevated with bush and sea views set on a 2 acre site. There are 11 kms of bush walking tracks to enjoy and a tennis court. The Bay View village is a 5 minute drive away which offers a Four Square, Fish& Chip shop, Pub, & Pharmacy. Biking tracks are close by. The airport is 7mins away. Close by are two great vineyards which do tastings and food.

You are offered the mix of an urban location with the added aspect of a country outlook. We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Spanish Mission Hideaway with pool and garden

Located on the best street in Hastings. Quiet, spacious and private. This suite has all the comforts of home including a pool and large garden. It is a two minute walk to beautiful Cornwall park and less than 5 minutes drive to the city centre. The pool has recently been renovated. Please note the pool is unavailable from autumn to spring. Off-street parking is also available. Please do not drive on the lawn as it had an irrigation system that can be damaged.

Our home is situated in a quiet area of Taradale and a 10 minute easy walk to the village & close proximity to Church Road and The Mission wineries. Great location to walkway/cycle ways into Napier. Dolbel reserve is on our doorstep with a number of walking trails to explore. Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.
