Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

Your family will be located in a lovely Bloomington rural setting that is less than 10 miles from Indiana University and less than 5 miles from beautiful 10,750 acre Lake Monroe. You will be able to unwind on the front porch swing, relax on the spacious back deck or warm your hands and feet by the fire pit provided. If you are a foody you are within 10 to 15 minutes from the many Bloomington restaurants or if you prefer the cooking option there is a full kitchen for your culinary creativity.

Downtown Nashville is about a 15 minute walk and Hard Truth Hills, The north entrance to the Brown County State Park and the Brown County Music Center are all just a short drive away.

From the drive up a 1 lane private road, to a spiral staircase to the treetop loft, this space offers seclusion & convenience with a side of adventure. A unique hillside tri-level, surrounded by 85 foot trees. Guest have full access to the main level & loft. Owner occupies the downstairs studio with private access.
