House has a primary bedroom: king bed & ensuite bath. 2nd bedroom: queen bed. 3rd bedroom:2 twin XL beds. Den: Sleeper sofa. 2nd bath at the end of the hall. Sleeps 8 with no extra fees per person. Smart TVs. Wifi, no cable. The indoor fireplace is not listed as an amenity because it is not usable at this time.

A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.

Dog under 30lbs allow with pet fee once input in booking. $ 50 additional for 2nd dog ( 2max). 2nd Pet fee are not include in booking fee must pay cash before check in. Guest will share Landry room and fence in yard located in the back building with another unit and back yard area.
