L'appartamento ricavato dalla ristrutturazione del vecchio cascinale di famiglia è al piano terra con un ampio cortile in cui parcheggiare l'auto ed un grande giardino. Si trova in una cascina circondata da noccioleti e vigneti a pochi minuti di auto dalle mete UNESCO di Langhe e Monferrato e dai borghi dei grandi vini: Barolo, Barbaresco e Moscato.
