Unique getaway for two. Experience modern comfort in one of NSW’s most sought after destinations for that perfect weekend or mid-week break! Our guesthouse is separate to the main house, giving you privacy and space. You will have access to our spacious al-fresco area with BBQ and outside dining. Simply relax beside the pool, read a book in the private backyard, or spend your days at the beach or exploring. We have 2 boogie boards and pool floats you’re welcome to utilise during your stay.

Stunning, spacious studio apartment an easy 10 minute walk to Shoal Bay beach and waterfront dining. Separate from main house with own entrance. Features: No cleaning fee.. -Queen bed with quality linen -Kitchenette with toaster, jug, microwave and dishwasher. Light breakfast provided -Free bbqs (1min drive) Bbq pack provided. - Bathroom with shower gel, shampoo etc, towels. -Split system air con -Netflicks -Max 2 adults , an infant who is not mobile. Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

This apartment is only 600m to Nelson Bay marina, shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. It has magnificent beach views and only a 2 min walk to Fly Point Beach. Living area flows to an undercover tiled terrace, then onto a grassed area. This is a perfect getaway, well equipped and beautifully presented. Linen, bath and beach towels provided and bed made. There is a construction site next door, there may be noise some days. Portable cot available. Pet friendly. Weber Q barbecue available.

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.
