Sunny Villa Apartment in the Central City

My place is a sunny, charming bijou apartment in an 1880s villa, just a 10-min walk to the historic cathedral, cafés, alfresco dining, and the famous Nelson Saturday Market. It’s close to the Maitai River, with cycle paths, walks, swimming spots, and picnic areas. There is a private outdoor garden with lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, grapes and feijoas. My place comfortably sleeps two, with an en-suite bathroom. A fold-out chair bed and extra bedding can accommodate a third guest if needed. Enjoy!

"Seas The Moment" - The Commodore Suite

Situated under ten minutes drive to City, Beach, Golf Course, Airport. Overlooks the sea, mountains, beach. The Commodore Suite, situated on the entrance level of our house, is sunny, very warm, light and airy. One bedroom, bathroom, living area & kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer and bench top grill. BBQ available on the upper deck as is use of that deck. Washer and dryer available in our living area which guests always welcome to use. Not suitable for children.

Welcome to the tidy and comfortable hobbit home apartment - convenient to the airport, Tahunanui Beach and Nelson city centre, and a great base for trips to the Abel Tasman, Kahurangi and Nelson Lakes parks. Enjoy views of the sea and port hills from the private decks and garden. The ground floor apartment is self-contained, self-catered and has its own private entrance. 1 km from the bus (#4) stop. Walking into Nelson City Centre (downhill): ~15-20 minutes, ~20-25 minutes return (uphill)

The best of both worlds! A quiet 1/2 acre sanctuary with extensive views out to sea but only a short distance to town. Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town. The walk back up is steep and requires moderate fitness. Otherwise sit back and drink in the view or wander in the garden. Breakfast of home made muesli/yoghurt and toast.

We believe it's the little things that count when staying in holiday accommodation so we have equipped our apartment with luxury linen, furnishings, Smart TV with Neon, Prime and Disney channel , Nespresso machine, BBQ and Wifi. Inner City Charm is a home away from home! We are situated within a 5 minute flat walk to the CBD, close to cafés, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Perfect if you are travelling without a car. The entire apartment has recently been renovated, offering a fresh new look, comfy bed, full kitchen and laundry facilities, and free tea and coffee, making your stay enjoyable and easy. A 90m2 self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off-street parking and a private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views of the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes drive to CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are within walking distance of the waterfront cafes, restaurants, and Tahuna Beach.
