This beautiful character home sits on an acre property with breathtaking views of beach, sea and mountains. Enjoy the high ceilings, sunlit spaces, native timbers, tiled bathrooms, and AC in the spacious rooms. The living, dining and kitchen are open, and the patio is perfect for dining in the gardens as you admire the view. With a short walk to Tahuna beach and a short drive to the airport, or Nelson city, it is central to the many activities and attractions of this sunny, fertile area.

A place to chill or explore by the foot of the Grampians in a private lower floor suite with it's own entrance. Relax in the bedroom or read in the sitting room or the private garden among Fantails. The suite has it's own toilet, shower room and outside patio. There is no kitchen but tea/coffee/simple breakfast items provided. The lower floor is separate from the rest of the house and you will be the only guests. 5 minute drive to the city.

The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. It would suit two families who would like their own space to retreat too. Well positioned in Richmond for accessing the Tasman attractions and Nelson City.

Stay in a heritage guest suite in Nelson. Built in the 1800's the house on Snows hill was one of Nelsons early European settler homes. The guest suite is on the ground floor with a separate private access. The house sits in a very private garden with off street parking and a swimming pool. There are also many great places in Nelson City centre just a short walk away.
