#Self Contained 2BR holiday unit, Richmond Tasman

#Our holiday unit is situated in the Queen St Holiday Park in Richmond, 1.5km from the town centre. You will have full use of onsite facilities such as a games room, large lounge, gym, free BBQ & Wifi and washing machines (at a cost) Our cosy carpeted unit has an aircon unit for heating and cooling. There is a comfy queen bed, king single bunks, & a pull-out double sofa bed. 50 inch smart TV to watch freeview or to stream. We have games, books, boogie boards, buckets and shovels for the beach.

Beautiful Monaco Inlet

Close to great restaurants, views, beaches, walks and bike paths. Lounge at the pool, work up a sweat at the gym or enjoy the Sunday jazz at the HL. You're hardly need to leave to have fun. Best thing is you pay for a room but get the house mostly to yourself as I'm a busy bee - I work evenings, wake late and I'm usually out during the day so the TVs all yours and I have Netflix. Please be aware that the bedroom is upstairs and my place has good insulation for sound and temperature control.

Our family home is a modern, functional space for you and your family to stay while you holiday in sunny Nelson. It is a clean, low maintenance 4 bedroom home with 2 living spaces and a great indoor-outdoor play space. It is fully fenced so little ones will be kept safe in the backyard while you relax. It's a quiet family filled cul de sac in Stoke that is only a 5 min drive to the shops, 5 mins drive to Monaco and another 5 mins to Tahunanui Beach.

House is situated on Britannia Heights overlooking Tasman Bay with beautiful sea views and an outdoor swimming pool. Our guest space is on the ground floor of our house which offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large lounge and kitchenette. 20 minute walk into town. 5 minute walk to the ocean. There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.
