Renovated Corner House Hideaway of Authentic Venetian Stone

It,s cozily renovated combining modern and traditional ideas for your comfort. The sitting area and kitchen is downstairs,upstairs is the bedroom and another bathroom The entrance enters directly to living area. The settee converts to a double bed. Being a corner property light fills it from all sides. All guests will be welcomed with a 'basic survival pack'.Toiletries are also provided.Electrical appliances include fridge ,stove,oven, AC,washing machine,TV, WIFI,hairdrier,. All bed linen and towels are provided and on request beach towels. Ideally located to relish the historical old port of Hania and its vibrant atmosphere with many historic buildings and ruins offering a unique experience. Just wander around and discover the old town with its labyrinth of lanes and alleyways. The central bus station is a 10 minute walk away,but taxis are everywhere. Every 3 days linen and towels are changed and the house is cleaned.

It is in the village Katohori in Kerameia region. Chania International Airport is 27 km away. Is 84,9 km from Elafonisi . Georgioupolis is 29,6 km from Little House on the Prairie, while Marathi is 30 km from the propert. All taxes are included in the price and we will never ask you to pay extra money upon arrival or departure.

Our house , renovated in 2018 , is equipped with all the amenities you might need for a short or an extended stay . The front yard that appears in the photos is shared with the guests of another house but there will always be enough space for everyone . Local tax of 8€/night included in the price. The owners live in the same building, 1.1 km from the beach (Nea Chora), 1,4 km from the Old Harbor - 20 min walking, 1 km from the bus station (10-15 min walking).Outside the apartment there is a small outdoor gym that you can use.
