We invite you to indulge in Mangrove Manor's beautiful seaside position and experience the quaint township that is Turkey Beach. Take a dip in the dedicated swimming enclosure, fish to your heart's content or simply sit on one of two patio areas overlooking the water and read that long awaited book before drinks at sunset. Our beach house is meant to hold loved ones, memories and laughter - we hope you enjoy it.

Agnes Water Views - Luxe stay, stunning views

Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Turkey Beach House

Our holiday rental located in Turkey Beach is part of a quiet community, that is both family and pet friendly. Less than an hour’s drive from Gladstone it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a great little beach with a safe swimming enclosure, a boat ramp less than 2 km from the house, and has a small general store. Creek and estuary fishing is located close by and there is also easy access to the Barrier Reef & ‘Bunker Group’ for awesome fishing, diving, and boating.

Take a break and relax at our beachfront cottage. Enjoy the ocean views from the large front deck while you enjoy your favorite beverage. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the water or mountains. Fully equipped kitchen and large open living spaces to enjoy the full views. Keppel Sands is located on the Capricorn Coast one of the quieter places to relax. We have 2 tidal boat ramps, lovely walking tracks and beaches, bird life a plenty and quiet beaches to enjoy the water.
