The property features a wet weather creek and reservoir that attracts turkeys, ducks, wild boar, and deer. Take a hike, a dip, then head to the brewery for some R&R... your perfect day awaits. All four bedrooms have 50" HDTV's and there is a 70" monster screen in the living room so if you want to stay inside and watch the game (DirectTV/NFL Sunday Ticket!) or get caught up on work (satellite internet), you're covered. In addition to having all the major pay-for movie channels like HBO and Showtime, we also have a great DVD library for the film buffs out there. Hanging out by the fire pit is a great way to cap off a day and don't forget to break out the s'mores. The house is outfitted with high end appliances across the board and even seasoned chefs will find themselves well equipped in our kitchen or at the helm of our state of the art grill. The home is filled with lots of interesting original artwork and the grounds surrounding are serene and picturesque. Located less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin, you get the best of both worlds. It's also near some popular swimming holes and wedding venues. We’re located about 35 minutes from downtown Austin and the Austin airport.

Kick Back on a Restored 1920 Residence So Close to Downtown

This home was built in 1920 and has been recently renovated (2018) from top to bottom preserving its historic character and charm while adding modern touches. It features three bedrooms, two baths, and a large private backyard with a patio deck. The entire house has all new appliances and furniture; equipped with a 55” Smart Roku TV and a pull out couch in the living room to accommodate additional guests. It offers a King size bed in the master bedroom and two Queen beds in the other two bedrooms with all new beds and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked should you chose to dine in with new dinnerware, flatware sets, pots and pans, seasonings and QUALITY knives. The bathrooms have all the amenities you need of course (please see the amenities section for a complete list). Should you require access to the internet, you will enjoy speeds of up to 400 mbs via WiFi. There is even a Wii if you decide to stay in and need to entertain yourselves or the kiddos. Stemming from this revitalization has spawned a creative and diverse food scene all within walking distance or a short Uber ride such as The Cherrity Bar or Dignowity Meats. Access to the downtown area is as easy as ordering an Uber, which runs around $6 - $8 or if you are the adventurous type, you can hop on a bird scooter, which you could pick up literarily two doors down. The house is also conveniently located close to the highways should you need to travel outside the city. The Smart Roku TV is setup to stream online tv services such as Sling TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The thermostat is smart and the security cameras outside are also smart for additional security. Children are welcome but the house is not child proofed.

Our spacious home has a movie theater room with 120-inch projector screen, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 5, Karaoke and Dolby Atmos surround sound. Outside has a wood firepit and propane firepit, and a Heated in-ground pool! The pool is 20x10 and 5 ft deep. Fencing surrounds the pool for safety. We provide plenty of seating to accommodate a large group.
