Spacious one bedroom guest cottage attached to our main home with private entrance and porch area complete with grill. Short drive (10-min.depending on traffic) to Wrightsville Beach. Great biking/walking paths begin at the end of Rogersville Rd. Several bikes available for guests to use. Bike to Wrightsville Beach or shopping/restaurants. Full kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed & walk-in closet on the first level. Upstairs living room area with queen pull-out sofa bed.

Private entrance large guest suite with full bathroom above detached garage. 500 sq foot suite is separate from the main house and is very private and quiet. Located blocks from the waterfront - short walk to shopping and restaurants in Southport. Queen size bed, desk, coffee maker/coffee and mini refrigerator. The space has an ultra violet air purifier which keeps it safe and clean! No pets.
