Serenity by Lakefront Cottage!

Welcome to our serene waterfront cottage in Newtown CT! This tiny cottage totals 608 sqft (304 sq-ft up and down). Thoughtfully designed to be ideal for a solo getaway or a couple retreat. At our tiny cottage, you may wind down at the spa or relax over a hot/ cold beverage at the upper level deck while bird watching or observing several water vessels as they ride by in warmer weather. If you fancy water activities, you may choose to ride in our 2 seater kayak or roast s’mores by the fireplaces.

Enjoy the peacefulness of Litchfield county, Ct. This cottage is nestled in the middle of the woods in Watertown CT, where you are sure to have plenty of privacy and relaxation. When you’re ready to venture outside you can take a dip in our private beach, cast a fishing rod or enjoy the beautiful CT foliage. Cottage has been fully renovated and newly furnished. Short drive to Quassy amusement park, hiking trails, wineries, brewery, antique shops, Taft school, Westover school and so much more.

Once a Pond - time and stress slow down.

If you're looking for a place to escape the City, gather family, work on a book writing project, just breathe, go to the beach or let your dog run, this is the perfect place! The house sits on 4 acres full of wildlife and free of highway noise with a 2 acre pond centrally located in the University area of Fairfield, relatively close to the train station, downtown and the beach. If you need a car for your stay, you can also rent from us via Turo. Looking forward having you as our guest! :)

Relax to sweeping views from every room in this unique, 4600 sq foot direct-waterfront home with large pool, hot-tub, outdoor bar, kayaks, and fire pit. 2 floors of wraparound patio/deck, plus 3rd floor loft and roof patio. Open floor plan, 5 bedrooms (1 has separate entrance by pool and is summer only), plus loft, 3.5 bath plus half bath and outdoor shower by pool. A real oasis! (Note: pool not heated and open mid-may to mid-Oct only; hot tub closed after new year until mid-March).

Sleeping arrangements include a queen size bed in a Bedroom, a pullout sofa bed and a queen sized blow up mattress. Self check-in, fresh linens, and a welcoming vibe await.

The home has been recently remodeled and has a very spacious yard.
