The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! Comfy cottage with direct access to the SLR from dock. Quiet single home only 5 mins from Clayton village for shopping and restaurants. Close to Cape Vincent, Sackets Harbor, and A-Bay. Your passport & a 40 min. drive = CANADA! Wade into the water and bring your boat to tour the 1000 islands! Imagine early morning coffee watching the loons on the screened-in porch and cocktails around the campfire at night. Your endless adventures and exploring awaits. Well-behaved pups are invited too.

Port Bay Getaway

Looking for a Port Bay Getaway? This is the place for you. Almost 200 feet waterfront with a permanent dock and boat lift. Plenty of seating to enjoy the outside by the water or the house. Fire pits on both levels and a covered gazebo next to one. Great home and area for relaxing, swimming in the bay, boating, fishing and enjoying peaceful time. Sodus Bay and Finger Lake Region are nearby with restaurants, wineries and breweries. Hosts are available to answer questions as needed.
