Escape to the land of plenty! This beautiful modern home is a short 5 minute walk from all the offerings of the popular downtown 3rd street in McMinnville! It doesn't get closer or cozier than this. Downtown McMinnville has over 20 tasting rooms you can walk to. You can also explore 250 wineries and vineyards within 20 miles of the house! Come visit and find your new favorite pinot noir, craft beer, locally roasted coffee and foods. Come discover the bounty Oregon wine country has to offer!

Mama J's

You will sleep on a queen memory foam mattress with cotton linens. A third person can sleep on an inflatable mattress or Play n Pak. There is a 55-inch smartTV with free Netflix, Apple TV, and Prime TV, along with books and games. The patio and gazebo are also available and are the smoking areas. This suite in my house has a private entrance and yard. There are no shared spaces and there is a lock on both sides of the sound-baffled door to the main house to value your privacy as well as mine.

The Cellar @Lively Farm

Enjoy our little slice of hobby farm heaven nestled among the old-growth forest along Chehalem Creek. You'll experience the beauty of nature, the antics of our goats, chickens, rabbits, geese, ducks, and quail, and the charm of downtown Newberg. Our secluded neighborhood offers the perfect area for walking, running, or bike riding, and the wineries of Dundee are so close! Be warned that we live on the edge of the forest. Owls, deer, raccoons, squirrels, possums, and foxes frequent our yard.

Enjoy a peaceful wine country escape in a modern, comfortable home. It's the perfect place to relax between your adventures. Our home is centrally located within a mile of downtown Newberg near its restaurants and bars. You'll be a 5 to 20 minute drive to the multitude of beautiful wineries Oregon has to offer. If you're into water sports, we're less than a mile to Rodgers Landing park on the Willamette River. At the end of your day, enjoy wine on the patio with a fire pit and cafe lights.

Our cozy loft is the perfect place to kick up your feet at the end you wine tasting days. We are within an easy drive to many local wineries around Dayton, Carlton, McMinnville, Dundee, and Newberg and the area's many offerings. Our loft sits atop our property shop detached from our main home, with its own entrance and private deck. Enjoy the back lawn in any season and the view at any time of the day.
