The walkout basement has two oceanview bedrooms equipped with queen beds & small rec room that hosts a dbl murphy bed. Also located on this floor is a playroom for small children, a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub, rainfall shower & laundry. The entire 3rd floor is a large master suite with double spa style showers with an antique cast iron bathtub overlooking the ocean
