We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

People love this setup for vacation! (We never rent the two units separately.) Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

The local YMCA and Eastons Beach are .5 mile away, 1 mile to Sachuest Beach, and 2 miles from downtown. Second floor apartment has kitchen, bathroom, 3 beds split between 2 rooms, 2 queens and 1 twin. Sofa bed in the living room. Room for 3 cars in driveway. Early check ins are $20/hr when available.

The backyard has a charcoal grill, fire pit and table with umbrella. The pull out couch and loft bed are double. The small kitchen has a unique four burner gas stove/oven and small refrigerator with separate freezer. Walking trails, beaches, restaurants, boating in East Greenwich and nearby Providence, Wickford, & Newport.

This home is located just minutes from downtown Newport Rhode Island in quiet Newport RV Park. From your front porch you can take a short walk to the bus stop and ride to Newport or enjoy the campground property and hiking trails which will take you to the bay. This is a 1500 sqft stand alone home which will be yours for your stay. As guests of the campground you will have access to the camp store and campground property as well.
