Welcome to Dockside Lodge, your home away from home on the shallow, serene 12 Mile Creek in Wilson, New York. With parking for at least 3 cars, this brand new, dark blue ranch-style home with patio, hot tub, and creekside dock is situated in a quiet neighborhood, where you'll see ducks, Canadian geese, and sometimes swans. With space for up to 10 guests, along with a large back yard, you'll have plenty of room to relax and unwind in this unique and inviting space. Bring your kayaks and canoes!!

You’ll love our beautiful newly renovated cottage by the lake!! Outside you'll enjoy a really large yard: great to play lawn games, lay in the hammock or recline under the covered porch with a great book! Inside you'll enjoy a spacious living room where you can curl up by the electric fireplace or enjoy a movie together. Full kitchen & separate dining room make sharing meals or playing games indoors easy. For family vacation, personal retreat, or a fishing excursion, this is the perfect spot!!

The Blue Squirrel Inn (with boaters’ dock)

Dock your boat & relax in a spacious escape, tucked down a private drive, in a separate suite of our family house. Only a short drive to Niagara Falls, Beaver Island Beach or State Park, our retreat are steps from the Niagara River & bike path. Contact host for docking arrangements or just enjoy watching the boats glide into the marina or take a stroll to the pier. You will have plenty of space to yourself & find the break you deserve. Request an update regarding safe path from the boat dock.

Vineyard Manor House @ Freedom Run Winery

The Vineyard Manor House built in 1826 with stone from the Erie Canal has been restored to its original grandeur. Decor is ‘shabby chic’ yet elegant and comfy, and has a large foyer with curved wooden staircase, perfect for photo ops. This 4 bedroom house offers accommodation year round. We have an arrangement with a local caterer to provide a full service dinner party, or can deliver prepared food directly to your door. Waterfront Niagara River Cottage

Listed since November 2020. Completely remodeled cozy cottage on the Niagara River! Quick 15minute drive down the river to Niagara Falls! Also easy access by car to surrounding Buffalo and all that it has to offer. Or relax, secluded away with full access to the entire cottage and amenities during your stay. Sleeps up to 4 people, two beds, washer/dryer, electric stove, oven, and microwave, complimentary internet access, Smart TV, and a private river-front backyard with sweeping views!!

Lakefront cottage, Youngstown USA

Cozy, secluded cottage off the main road with lake front. **Although we have lakefront property, there is currently no access to the water on our property***. Close to the village of Youngstown for boating, fishing, food, and entertainment. A 10 minute drive from Lewiston and Artpark. Stay hidden at the lake and relax, or explore the Niagara River and Lake Ontario! Also not far from Niagara Falls, one of the seven wonders of the world, and a short drive to the Canadian border!

Olcott Cottage on the Park

Olcott - This centrally located single family home backs up to Krull Park, a 325 acre park with multiple playgrounds, a splash park, tennis courts, nature trails, softball diamonds, lacrosse fields, horseshoe pits and multiple other activities. It is also within walking distance to downtown Olcott Beach with various restaurants, bars, shops and Newfane Town Marina. It is equipped with all the amenities of home with an updated patio, grill and fire pit.

Woodcliff Cottage

Woodcliff Cottage has been fully renovated. A new kitchen features granite countertops, high-end range, island/bar and spectacular views. The kitchen opens into a spacious living room with gas fireplace and more windows looking out over the new deck and Lake Ontario. Enjoy a sunset campfire at the fire pit with stairs leading down to Lake Ontario. 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths with walk-in shower and shower with full bathtub. We also rent Shell Cottage next door.

Anchors Away Cottage with Hot tub!

Experience Niagara Falls USA and Lake Ontario like a local! You'll enjoy a restful sleep in our Anchors Away cottage right within walking distance of a public pebble beach. Our quaint cottage is just minutes from Olcott Beach, the Niagara Wine Trail, and world-famous fishing along Eighteenmile Creek and Burt Dam. Niagara Falls is about 30 miles away and the Buffalo metropolitan area is about 40 miles away.
