Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! During your stay, you can always reach out if you need any assistance or if you have questions. The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. Welkom in ons knusse en gezellige vakantie appartement met het strand en de zee op 500 meter afstand! En vlakbij grotere plaatsen als Middelburg en Domburg. Beneden badkamer en eetmogelijkheid. Boven zitgelegenheid en bedden. Eigen douche, toilet, koelkast, kookgelegenheid met oven, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker. Met WiFi, tv en in de zomer een air-cooler. Heerlijk zacht water door de waterontharder. Thee en koffie aanwezig, deze mogen gratis genuttigd worden. Op loopafstand diverse winkels, restaurants, supermarkt en bakker. Kinderbed en kinderstoel aanwezig, dit kost €10 per verblijf. (los afrekenen bij aankomst). Boven is een traphek geïnstalleerd. Inchecken vanaf 14.00u. Uitchecken voor 10.00uur. Lovely newly-built one bedroom apartment in the heart of Ghent. Located in one of the main shopping avenues and within close walking distance of all the main cultural, entertainment and commercial hubs. The apartment is located on the second floor. Even though it is located in the city centre, the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet, especially in the evening and during the night. The apartment is perfect for a city-trip and expats looking to stay in Ghent for several weeks or months.

There is no better place to recharge those batteries and upload your vitamin "sea". Although there is one, you will need no television with this phenomenal view! Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
