The apartment is located in a private house, away from the center and beach 300m. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed and bathroom and a terrace. Apartman se sastoji od spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetom, dnevnog boravka sa kaučem na razvlačenje te kupaonice i terase. Osiguran privatni parking, mogućnost korištenja zajedničkog roštilja.

Njivice is a small and cosy fish village with kind local people and cuisine. The apartment is situated on a top location, just twenty meters from the beautiful Adriatic sea, between the beautiful green trees for a discreet holiday, this spacious three bedroom apartment is ideal for six people, but it can accommodate up to 10 people. It has two floors with open-space living room and two awesome terraces on each floor and with your own private way to the beach. This apartment is a holiday Jackpot.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

New apartment close to lovely pebbel beach.

New apartment for 4 persons is located on the 2 nd floor of a residential building, with total area of 45 square meters. It consists of a balcony, a living room, kitchen and dining room(located in the same room), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, kitchen cloths, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Apartment is also equipped with internet, satellite TV and air conditioning.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Apartman za 4 osobe nalazi se na 1. katu obiteljske kuće ukupne površine 54 m2. Sastoji se od balkona sa kojeg se prostire djelomični pogled na more, 2 spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka koji je smješten u istom prostoru s kuhinjom i blagavaonicom, kupaonice s Wc-om i tušem. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena posuđem, električnim štednjakom, hladnjakom s 1 ladicom za zamrzavanje, aparatom za kavu. Opremljenost apartmana satelitskom Tv, klima uređajem, Wi-Fi.

Apartman, s velikom sunčanom terasom skrivenom od pogleda, nudi prekrasan panoramski pogled na more i osvijetljene gradove Rijeku i Opatiju noću. Ovaj smještaj nudi gostu besplatan parking ispred apartmana u mirnoj ulici, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i kupaonu, klima uređaj za ljetne vrućine i grijanje cijelog prostora u hladnijim danima. Također gostima je na raspolaganju TV, Wi-Fi i roštilj s priborom na terasi.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Diese Wohnung wird nun (seit Mitte Juli 2019) erstmals vermietet.
