Enjoy your morning coffee on the beautiful wrap around deck, then head out to the spacious beach area to relax, jump in the lake, enjoy kayaks, paddle boat, and a convenient boat ramp (for smaller boats!) right from our driveway!

Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.
