Dich erwartet eine hochwertig ausgestattete, 60 qm grosse Ferienwohnung mit sonniger, windgeschützter Terrasse aus dem Jahr 2017 . Ostseestrand in 100 m Entfernung. Die modern geschnittene Wohnung bietet einen grossen Wohn-Essbereich mit offener Küche. Im abgetrennten Schlafzimmer schläfst Du in einem Doppelbett. Weitere Schlafplätze bietet das gemütliche Schlafsofa. Das geräumige Vollbad mit Wanne, Duschnische, Fussbodenheizung und separatem WC in moderner Optik lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand

Dies helle Appartement in absoluter Strandnähe eignet sich ideal für 2 Pers. Es verfügt über einen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit offener Küche (komplett ausgestattet), Duschb. und Süd-Balkon. Im Haus befinden sich Schwimmbad (leider im Moment wegen Wartungsarbeiten nicht nutzbar), Sauna, Fitness, Tischtennis und Waschmaschine. Im Preis inkl. sind ein PKW Stellpl. u. 2 Fahrrad Stellpl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher bitte selber mitbringen. Können auch gegen eine geringe Gebühr gebucht werden.

The 1-room flat + separate kitchen has been completely renovated and furnished with much love. Everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A garage (H 2m width 3.35) is available free of charge. Fast WiFi, a 55-inch Smart TV, USB and USB-C sockets are also available. Hotel bed linen/towels are included.

Unique location in a scenic area by the sea

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Sweet little Apartment by the Baltic Sea

Take a deep breath directly at the Baltic Sea: We rent out our lovely little vacation home with access to the beach promenade in Kiel-Schilksee. The apartment with a garden view has two rooms, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. Enjoy endless walks on the beach, use the ferry to Laboe or Kiel, stroll through the sailing port, or eat a fish sandwich. Please note, that it`s a non smokers property, but you can easily smoke at the beach promenade.
