The Bothy at Dod Mill is a studio-style barn conversion for 1-4 guests, near the Royal Burgh of Lauder in the Scottish Borders. The property has been interior-designed with modern, rustic styling. The Bothy has its own walled-garden area with views to rivers, woodland, an orchard and rare-breed sheep. Bus links to Edinburgh, just 20 miles away and 4 miles to North Berwick train station. Kernow Cottage offers flexible bedroom layout suitable for families, couples & golfing tours.

The coach House

Beautifully renovated Coach House in our lovely East Lothian Garden, which was recently opened to the public as part of the East Lothian garden trail. Perfect for a cosy weekend break or as an ideal base to explore beautiful East Lothian, we are 10 minutes from the stunning beaches in Gullane, North Berwick and Tyninghame, 15 from Dunbar. The John Muir way is nearby for some fabulous cycling and walking and if you fancy a hill or two the Lammermuirs are nearby.

Golf Cottage

Golf Cottage is a lovely self contained two bedroom cottage situated in the centre of the beautiful village of Gullane on Scotlands golf coast. Ideally located, the golf courses, stunning beaches, shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. Gullane has a regular bus service to the nearby town of North Berwick and to the centre of Edinburgh if you wish to explore further afield. There are many walks from the door including the John Muir Way.
