The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

This Modern Apartment with Queen bed ensuite comes with priority use of the new hottub & suits a couple (+2 with queen+single beds in Studio if needed). Located in the east end of the house. High above the D'Entrecasteaux Channel 195 Devlyns Rd. is on 13 acres with sweeping 360° views. Uninterrupted vista to Kunanyi (Mt.Wellington) to the North and The Tasman Peninsula to the East. Markets every week in the valley, including the Cygnet market 1st & 3rd Sunday of the mth, Willie Smith's Artisan & Farmers Market every Saturday, 10-1.

Surrounded by hills, apple orchards and cow paddocks. You have views across the water to Bruny Island. There are vineyards and distilleries close by. Simple, but modern and comfortable styling. It is warm, quiet and private and a perfect base for you to explore Southern Tasmania.
