Finished in early 2020 it was built on 2.5 lots or on one half acre of sand. Its location is only a 3.5-minute walk on a white sand path-like road past just 4 houses to the largest beach on the island. There is public access and golf cart parking available there and that isn’t always the case on other streets.

Beautiful and welcoming are just two words to describe this magnificent, 4 story home with heated private pool and sweeping 360 degree water views from the observation deck. Blue Laguna features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths allowing this home to sleep up to 6 people. Two screened in lanai's so you can sit and enjoy the island breeze and leave the sliding doors open for a true island nature experience during the colder seasons. A golf cart for 4 persons is also included in the rental.

Moon Shell Hideaway

Private entrance to your one bedroom plus den (with queen size sleeper/sofa) apartment attached to main house. Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom has a queen size bed and the den has a queen size sleeper/sofa. The den doubles as your kitchenette and sitting area with double sliding glass doors that open up to the shared pool and dock area. Gas grill and microwave for cooking (no stove). Boat to five restaurants. Visit the Matlacha Art Galleries. Fish off the dock. WELCOME!

Sunrise Bay - North Captiva 2 carts!

Welcome to paradise! Two golf carts! Enjoy this just fully-updated modern paradise. Located on the charming island of North Captiva (not to be confused with Captiva), accessible by ferry, private boat or plane, you will feel like you are in a another country. Rental includes 2 golf carts (no cars on island) and 2 large kayaks and 2 bikes. Play on the wild beach with your kids, write your novel or get a drink at the local tiki bar, it is all magical! FlipFlopper Beach House - well appointed family focused beach home only a 3 minutes walk from the White Sand Beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and 3 min walk to Island Club Amenities on North Captiva Island. Rate includes Luggage Deliver, use of Golf Cart and Members Access to The Island Club. Hard limit on 6 guests - rare exceptions but please ask - infants are not counted in the above 6 person limit!
