Located in the center of Main Street, on Mirror Lake, Below the Books, Beside the Lake is a lakefront, 2 BR, 1 bath. apt. We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. Bearfoot Loj- Private Sandy Beach!

Experience true Adirondack summer lake- life at Bearfoot Loj. It's an easily accessible- flat walk to the sandy beach- something hard to find in Long Lake! A double kayak, rowboat, canoe and a SUP to get you out on the water. Bearfoot Loj is 1.3 miles from town. Walk/boat to the restaurants. Bearfoot Loj is on a private dirt road, quiet from all traffic. The updated small home has an open concept living/kitchen area. Fenced in lawn helps to keep children contained and away from the water.

Porcupine A- Frame Studio

This A Frame is a one bedroom with private entry. It is attached to the main house, which can also be rented during the fall and winter months. During the summer the beach area is shared with the other 2 cabins on the property. The space has its own thermostat for heat and an air conditioner available as well for a the summer months. In addition, the property has A smart TV, DVD player and a selection of moves. Property recently renovated to include a full kitchen with a mini refrigerator.

The Red Camp

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Private cabin 2-minute walk to the beach and boat launch on Upper Saranac Lake. Spacious private lawn with firepit and grill, making this a perfect destination for family vacations. Plenty of family friendly hikes close by, as well as the Tupper Lake Wild Center. 10 minutes to Tupper Lake, 20 minutes to Saranac Lake, and 35 minutes to Lake Placid. Lake front Teahouse also available to rent 1 min walk from cabin.

The Nest

Your year round base-camp for activities, events, or just relaxing in the Adirondacks. This stylish brand new one-bedroom apartment is perfect for group trips or if the two of you want to get away by yourselves, also featuring a queen size bed with a Dreamcloud mattress in the private bedroom with a TV, plus two sofa beds and a couch to accommodate more in your group if others are joining you. The apartment is above the garage which is separate from the house.

Our lakeside cottage has great lake and mountain views. It is close to the public beach, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the views, and the location. It has its own sandy beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). The rate is for 4 guests, however we can accommodate 5, at an additional charge of $50.
