Welcome to Guest House on Queens, conveniently located between the tranquil beaches of Little Oneroa and Palm beach. Both beaches are a short 3 minute drive. Matiatia Bay ferry terminal and or Kennedy Point vehicular terminal are only a 5 minute drive. Nestled behind native bush on an elevated site surrounded by newly established gardens including private parking bay with well lit auto sensored exterior lighting. Built in September 2017. This property is fully furnished and self contained.

La Maisonette

La Maisonette cottage sits above an award winning garden of nearly an acre, guests are free to wander and sit among the sub tropical trees and plants. From the Juliet balcony you can enjoy a glass of local award winning wine whilst looking over the trees to the gulf islands in the distance. The cottage is decorated in a French provincial style with many original works of art from local artists and elsewhere. Everything you need is provided to make your stay special and memorable.

A further 15minute drive to supermarket, shops and more restaurants. The guesthouses are located away from the main house with your own private entrance and extra large car parking. Perfect for those needing a place to rest before heading north or south. Our home is at the front, guest house is down the driveway. The property boasts privacy with its long driveway, electric gate entrance and surrounding brick wall. The Guesthouse is privately nestled behind your host's historic 1906 Villa, with views of Parihaka Mountain.

This is a self contained guesthouse in our courtyard garden. We have views of the sea where you can check out the surf and enjoy colourful sunsets. It is a short walk to the beach. It is within a 15-20 walking distance to the local village ammenties including cafes, pharmacy, library and mini supermarket.
