Apartment is not a walk out to pool patio. It is 14 steps from your door to pool. We do not accept more than two travelers. Rate does not include HI St taxes or Airbnb fees charged to traveler which we do not control. DO NOT request an exception to our minimum age or total head count or pet/smoking policy.

Save money & time! Ho'omalu located just off of Alii drive "Ironman Route" is only an 11 minute walk to magic sands beach and many more hot spots. In a private and tranquil gated community this modern day Villa awaits where sophistication meets relaxed Hawaiian living. The inviting pool enveloped with mature tropical landscaping is the centerpiece to this compound and features upscale finishes and flooring. The apartment is on the second level. Gated Tropical Retreat in Kailua Kona with Hot Tub

The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation is private and well appointed. You have your own completely furnished apartment with its own tropical gardens and outdoor seating. There are no shared spaces. Our accommodations are very clean and well furnished, the Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared. Monica and I live upstairs, we rarely see our guests and we respect our guests privacy.

This is a great location on Ali’i Dr, close to restaraunt’s and shopping as well as some beaches. Convenient dedicated parking spot nearby makes access to the condo very easy.

This apartment is like a home away from home. You will enjoy the lovely view of the ocean from the living room, and the little porch on the west. The location is close to town, yet also close to nature with an abundance of trees, fruits, flowers and birds throughout the year. The climate is perfect most of the time.
