Relaxing Tropical Retreat close to Kailua Kona

The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation is private and well appointed. You have your own completely furnished apartment with its own tropical gardens and outdoor seating. There are no shared spaces. Monica and I live upstairs, we rarely see our guests and we respect our guests privacy. Our accommodations are very clean and well furnished, the Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared.

Great condo, right in town. Walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Newly remodeled condo, furnished with full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. Fast wifi, air conditioning, and beach equipment for your use. You don't need a rental car, and you can enjoy the pool, hot tub, and BBQ area as well. Free parking stall included, you can walk to most restaurants and shops on Alii drive without having to pay the parking fees.

Location, Location! Watch Iron Man runners from the balcony! 2 miles to downtown Kona. The Kona Trolly and Uber are great transportation options. This cleverly decorated Hawaiian style unit is one of most desirable units in the Royal Kahili complex with both oceanfront views and a wrap-around deck and is the perfect spot to look out for turtles that hang out at the ocean edge right in front across the street on Alii Drive
