In the middle of nowhere but only 8 miles from Boston town, 12 miles from Skegness Beach and 3 miles from the sea/coast boasting award winning RSPB nature reserves and marshes. 28 cabins on a 3 acre lake. Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Pretty, modernised, very comfortable Victorian cottage in lovely village with great pub and shop just a mile from the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Fully equipped kitchen; dining table seating up to 6, d/s cloakroom, family bathroom with separate shower; sunny, safe enclosed garden, WiFi. Double, twin and full-sized bunk bed rooms, all proper mattresses and cotton sheets. Friday/Monday changeovers preferred. Flexible changeover outside high season but can’t offer Sunday check ins.

The Old Garage has been newly converted into 3 beautiful, modern holiday homes. We are situated in Holme Hale, a small, quiet village in Norfolk and have the stunning countryside right on our doorstep! Boasting a spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area which has every comfort you’ll need whilst enjoying your holiday. We have 2 bedrooms that sleep a total of 4 people, plus a travel cot if required.

Very spacious 4 bedroom house within a 3 minute walk to the beach with its pier joyland and sea life center and pleasure beach all nearby the town center is also just a short walk. Master bedroom has unsuite and there is a family bathroom and a small games room in the cellar. Parking is on street permit which we supply 1 permit for guests to use during your stay.

This spacious and quiet park is situated within 13 acres of mostly grassland which is perfect for family games and dog walking. An ideal base for relaxing and visiting the many varied attractions of Norfolk.

Spacious 5 bedroom in quiet countryside ideal for families or groups looking for some peace and quiet. There is riding school on site and horses in fields surrounding the property so ideal for any equestrian lovers. Large hot tub, outside entertainment area and pool table.
