Guests have their own private entry to the apartment which is accessible via a coded front door lock. No keys are required. On arrival we look forward to welcoming you with a breakfast pack which includes locally made muesli / granola, organic milk, free range eggs, a loaf of bread and spreads. Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Private but part of the main dwelling occupied by the owners, it is at ground level with its own easy access carpark. Furnished with fridge, microwave, espresso machine, king size bed plus living space with a couch and large smart TV it is an ideal getaway. This sunny studio is fabulously located being only 3 minutes walk away from the beach which has access to all the coastal walkways.
