This 1970's spacious home has plenty of room. Experience the water with our three kayaks or family canoe and watch the abundant wildlife. Right outside your door, you may see Ospreys, Great Blue Herons, Eagles, wild ducks, porpoises, deer, geese, otters, & more. Be our guest and forget your worries in this spacious and serene spot.

Walk or cart anywhere in town from this ideal location. We are located just steps from Central Park and blocks to the Chesapeake Bay and all of the dining and shopping options along Mason Avenue. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large front porch, and best of all a large fenced outdoor space with a full bar, tv and shower.

In peak summer we have full weeks available (Sun-Sun) or partial (Sun-Thurs). This historic Parkside duplex has been recently renovated to include all the best amenities. This home sits ON the Cape Charles Central Park, giving you not only wonderful views of the park, but a perfect place for kids to run and play, families to walk, picnic and enjoy all the concerts and park festivals. It is also only two blocks to the beach and two blocks to the historic downtown – truly the best location!

Parkside South, Cape Charles

Parkside offers the perfect getaway for families and/or friends! Conveniently located next to Central Park, 2 blocks from the beach and the main street (Mason Ave). In peak summer we have full weeks available (Sun-Sun) or partial (Sun-Thurs). We open corresponding weekends once the Sun-Thurs books. Check our calendar or social media for weekend openings! We recommend a max of 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 (possibly 4) children, depending on their ages. Our family of 5 stays comfortably!

Nectarine 15 is centrally located, century old brick duplex is newly renovated and ready for guests. It's a short walk next door to the Coastal Baking Company to get your morning coffee and freshly baked cinnamon roll. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the calm, quaint, historic town of Cape Charles. Take a swim in the bay or cast your poles from the dock just blocks down Main Street. Central Park, is a short stroll, and a great place for a picnic while the kids enjoy the playground.

Seaville. Cozy 3bed/3bath home. Stunning backyard

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Fully stocked large spacious kitchen/dining that will make family gatherings a breeze. Big living area with plenty of seating, large screen TV and dozens of games. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Large front porch and a backyard described as an “oasis” by past guests. Outdoor “she shed” fun room with 65” TV, split HVAC system. Storage side has bikes, cornhole, beach chairs and much more beach stuff.

Bay Breeze

This home is located in historic Cape Charles. This is a Duplex style rental. We are only 2 1/2 blocks to the beach and 1 block to restaurants and shops. You can walk everywhere or rent a golf cart for the week. This home is newly remodeled. New mini split AC in all bedrooms. Home has new EVERYTHING bathrooms, kitchen, and flooring. FRIDAY check in Only after starting June to August 2024. Pets allowed with approval $150 pet fee. 1 dog max.
