Cape Cottage B (Upstairs)

Cape Cottage B (upstairs) is an updated & cozy 2BR/2BA duplex perfect for long weekend get-aways to historic Cape Charles. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the small screened porch or brick patio. We recommend the amazing local restaurants but provide a fully equipped kitchen if you stay in. BR1 has a Queen & BR2 has 1 Bunk & 1 Twin. Each BR has a private BA w/tub shower. In unit w/d for guest use. BYOBeach Towels but use our chairs. Book unit A (downstairs) too if your group needs more room.

This gracious beach cottage is the perfect place for you and your family/friends to unwind and enjoy. The sun drenched living room and dining room with wood floors throughout are made for lounging, book reading and family gatherings. We have games and movies aplenty for the kids as well as a collection of outdoor toys to play in the fenced backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked and the high-speed wifi and Roku TV are ready if you need to check email or unwind with a movie.

Fisherman's Getaway

Welcome to our special hideaway. This house has been hand restored with lots of love. With everything from custom Hickory cabinets from the trees on our farm to a native wildflower meadow. New flooring, paint, ceiling and lets not forget the walk in shower! This place has brought us so much luck in our fishing adventures. Brownsville Mini Cottage

Take it easy at this minimalist’s paradise. A tiny home equipped for one person or a couple. Enjoy a full bedroom, full bathroom complete with walk in shower and, a kitchenette. Take advantage of nature while in this 250 sq foot living space updated with tile and an elevated outdoor area. This tiny house is located about 80 feet from a current Airbnb that it shares a yard with. Home has a small water heater that allows for 5 min showers.
