Beautiful barn conversion, sleeps up to 4 + an infant with stunning mezzanine level bedroom, king size bed with vaulted ceiling. Open plan living optional use of double sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. Use of indoor swimming pool and outdoor Hydropool hot tub. Private garden with rattan furniture. Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A LUXURY HOT TUB SPA WITH INBUILT BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL WILL REOPEN ON THE 9th OF MAY 2025, IT WILL CLOSE ON THE 8th OF SEPTEMBER 25

The Plovers (spa access, tennis, lakes, & more)

Located within the family (and pet) friendly Lower Mill Estate on the River Thames, The Plovers offers guests a spacious 3 bedroom property with a large private garden. Indoor and outdoor pool and spa access with sauna/steam. On site lakes with boat access (non-motorised), fishing, tennis courts, playgrounds, trails, bike and boat rental shop, restaurant and shop within estate. Cottage is located in a protected nature reserve with many miles of hikes and trails to explore.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. (Pool is now heated!) During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
