There is firepit next to the cottage. It has a huge front and backyard. The others 2 cottage is 300 ft away from this cottage. It is surrounded by forest and farmland with 1000 ft of private waterfront at the back of the property with stunning views, sunset. Could not find a better place to relax and have a lot of fun.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space on the lake. This home was once a barn in the 1800’s and housed the family’s horse. In 2022/23 it was converted into a uniquely stylish retreat with two full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. In addition, there is a full kitchen with high end finishes. The living room and dining room are very well appointed with high end furniture. There is a back patio and a front patio for relaxing when weather permits.

This unique place has a style all its own. A 3 level custom designed house for two, set back from the roadway secluded by cedar trees. Upper cedar loft has a library and lounging area. Bedroom walks out to upper deck overlooking Rice Lake to take in those relaxing morning coffees or enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine.
