Ebenezer House

This great property is centred in the seaside town and is the largest of the two cottages that we host. Free parking on the doorstep. 30 second walk to stunning curved beach, promenade, off shore sculpture and links golf course. Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

This inspirational heart shaped, low carbon eco build has everything you need, in an amazing location with fantastic sunset views, surrounded by nature and woodland. Woodburning stove for cosy evenings, raised decking, outside fire pit, luxury bathroom and many eco touches including organic bedding and optional morning yoga. Built by local craftspeople, featured on BBC 2, amazing place to escape, relax, rewind and reconnect.

Tarset Tor - Bothy Cabin 5

Our Brand NEW for 2023 self builds are fitted with Biomass pellet stoves which heat the space and hot water. They are toasty warm all year round. They have stunning views down the North Tyne valley with views extending toward Kielder Forest and the Scottish Border. Tarset Tor is set in 5 acres of it's own land and boasts a '5 a side' football pitch, wildlife pond, Children's play park, a Sauna and a Woodland bar area know as Hillbilly's. This unique place has a style all of it's own.
