Private, gated, level-in guest suite nestled in a garden with a well equipped kitchen, bedroom, living/dining room, dedicated work space, free wifi, TV, and patio for dining, relaxing and working. Steps from historic Pt Richmond markets, cafes, galleries, and restaurants it's near local beaches and hiking trails as well as San Francisco, Berkeley, and Sonoma's wine country. A pleasant Bay breeze cools and comforts guests. We live on site with a separate entry and are glad to answer questions.

Bring bikes and ride the million miles of awesome that surround Fairfax. Come home and enjoy an invigorating outdoor shower and relax on the outdoor bed under the shade of an old oak tree. The most comfortable bed in the world is up a strong stable ladder in the dream loft. A sofa bed is on the main floor.

Apartment includes a fully furnished large living room with spacious bathroom, and one bedroom with queen sized bed, private deck overlooking San Anselmo creek, yet less than 4 min. stroll to downtown Fairfax. Great for short term or long term stays with mini-kitchen furnished with hot plates, air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Secure bike storage available upon request.

Enjoy hiking and mountain biking at trailheads just a short walk or ride down the road. Make the drive to West Marin and the Wine Country. A cozy lounging space to work remotely, watch movies and local TV or write/create/dream in a space that inspires with sunlight and views. Stroll downtown for music, dining and the Rafael Theatre.
