Huge 4BD Historic Detroit Home

A beautiful homes. This is a 4 bd, 4 bath historic home in one of the most beautiful, one of a kind neighborhoods. Unfortunately not for events, or parties larger than 8 people. Woodbridge is in Midtown, and a mile from Detroit's finest sights, art, and stadiums. We have been in Greece for a few years. We started the journey to lend a hand during the Syrian refugee crisis, and found it also to be a wonderful place to raise our boys. You are helping make this happen, and we are grateful!

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Fully renovation in 2018, with continual updates.

You’ll love my place because of the newly installed 4k laser projector with 106" theater screen. Full household supplies provided including free coffee/soda. All 3 bedrooms include ceiling fans with a total of 4 king-sized beds. Theater room has fantastic surround sound system with 80 films saved to the DVR. Ample driveway space. Newer kitchen appliances, cooking supplies, laundry machines, and backyard grill.
